WHO ARE YOU???????

Where did you come from?  Why are you here? And what do you want to know???????

I’m just getting a little lonely here on my blog just talking to myself (and the cats!)  In my blog stats I see that as many as 400+ people a day are looking at my blog.  Other blogs that I have peeked in upon have lots and lots of comments to their posts.  I’m just wondering who is reading my blog and why.  I am curious, what brings you here?  What are you looking for?  Did you find what you were looking for here in my blog?  What would you like to know about that I can add to my blog?

Please introduce yourself, and leave a comment and let me know!  It will really help me better my blog entries.  If you’ve never left a comment in my blog before, I will have to approve it before it gets posted.  And I only have access to my computer in the morning and evenings.  (so don’t fret if you don’t see your comment appear right away)

Thanks!

Begin at the beginning . . .

Wow! What a concept, eh?!?!  But, being the rookie blogger that I am, I inadvertently deleted our blog introduction.  And I cannot figure out how to get it back to the beginning to re-post it!  So, here is is…. somewhere in the middle and a tad after the fact.  Better late than never, eh?????

I’m AJ, he’s Michael.  Together, we own and operate a primitive/folk art gift shop in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Michael is the CEDD (Chief Executive Dumpster Diver!)  of our little operation, and I am the artist, designer and shop keeper.  (He still works his REAL job)

Together we create wonderful treasures from items others have discarded as trash.  We also carry a uniquearray of vintage ‘as is’ treasures in our store, as well as assorted other primitive necessities.

We are located in the Hillsboro West Shopping Center:

1050 SW Baseline A-6   Hillsboro, OR  97123

You can take a peek into our little corner of the world via our website:

This blog will feature what goes on ‘behind the scenes’ in our trash to treasure world.  Before and after pictures, how to’s for crafting, distressing, decorating; and displaying in a retail setting.  Great info for the home crafter and the professional as well!
