Spruced up mini chest of drawers

Found this sweet little (jewelry box size) chest while thrifting a while back.  It had originally been an olive green and was given a BAD paint job with this pretty blue.

It really doesn’t look too bad in the photos, but the paint was  just too sparse in some areas.  I thought maybe I’d try just sanding it first and see how I liked that look.

The green and blue combo did NOT work for me, so I just decided to brighten up the blue color it already had.

Had to SAW off one of the old knobs, so I gave it new knobs with the new paint job.

Painted and distressed this little 8×8 mirror to  match the chest.

And a cute little vintage lamp.

Here’s the before picture of the lamp.

And the before picture od the mirror (taped over and ready for painting).

I am seriously ‘chomping at the bit’ to get into our bigger space at Stars so I can put all this new stuff out!  Looks like it won’t be until the ned of the month that we will be getting the space.
